Derek Huang

Derek Huang is the founder of Praxly and an educator who never stopped being a teacher. He draws on classroom and school leadership experience to help teams move from intention to impact through collaborative inquiry, clear aims, and reflective practice.

His work centers equity, culturally responsive teaching, and improvement science as practical tools for real classrooms. Praxly supports teachers and school teams in tracking goals, actions, and learning over time while keeping professional growth grounded in daily instructional practice.
