FAQ

Answers for busy educators and leaders.

What does Praxly focus on?+
Praxly supports continuous improvement workflows (Plan, Do, Study, Act) for teacher teams, coaches, and school leaders—connecting goals, actions, reflections, and evidence.
How is evidence organized?+
Goals, measures, artifacts, and reflections stay attached to the same cycle so teams can share impact without hunting through folders or spreadsheets.
Is AI required?+
AI is optional. You can invite AI to summarize reflections or suggest next steps, and you always review and edit before sharing.
How does Praxly handle FERPA and student PII?+
When a school uses Praxly under a written agreement, Praxly acts as a school official with a legitimate educational interest. Student data is processed only for educational purposes, not for advertising or marketing. Enter only the minimum necessary student information and avoid sensitive records like IEPs, 504 plans, medical, or discipline files.
How does AI (Google Gemini) use data?+
Optional paid Tier 1 AI features use Google Gemini APIs to generate requested outputs. Prompts and context you send are used only to fulfill your request and are not used to train Praxly models. Per Google’s Gemini API terms, customer data is not used to train Gemini models for other customers.
Who is Praxly for?+
Teacher teams, teachers, instructional coaches, principals, and district leaders who want clarity on progress and impact over time.
Do you integrate with SIS systems?+
We do not claim SIS integrations or automated roster imports. Praxly centers on improvement cycles, evidence, and data visualization over time.
